We just used Clean Tec to do mold remediation throughout our home.  We are so happy with their service.  Devin is amazing - super communicative and always ready to help. Chris came late on a Saturday night and stayed until 1:30 a.m.  He came back the next day with and worked all day on a Sunday. They have worked with me and all of my questions and helped me through by patiently answering my questions. Isabel was wonderful and empathetic and helped me with very efficient and careful packing. I received my full inspection with photos included.  When the bid arrived it was higher than what I was expecting.  They told me there was a good chance it would come underbid once the job is completed, which ended up being true.The guys arrived everyday arriving on time, worked fast and efficiently. Clean Tech Restoration was fantastic to work with. They were quick, competent, and kind during a stressful water remediation situation. After some really negative experiences with other companies in the area, I was understandably on edge — but they handled everything professionally and patiently, even when I was difficult. Very professional, and careful about everything they did.  It was stressful for me, they made it much easier to deal with.   Chris was very nice.  Definitely use them. I had been going through the worst period of my life suffering from mold exposure and toxicity when I found Clean Tec. Walker and Devon were absolutely incredible - they patiently talked through problems with me regarding my health, home, and general safety, answering every question I had with compassion and expertise. In a world where resources about mold are limited and people often don't take these issues seriously, Clean Tec was a godsend. They thoroughly remediated both my office and home, helping me create the mold-free environment I desperately needed for my recovery. Devon went above and beyond during his inspections, even identifying a gas leak that was extremely important to know about. This level of thoroughness potentially saved me from another serious health hazard. I cannot recommend Clean Tec enough! I’ve used Clean-Tec a few times now. And I’ve got their number in my phone. Most recently when I had an upstairs leak and was freaking out. I took my phone out made a call and they were there in minutes. Literally minutes!
