“WOW! That’s all there is to say…. but I’ll say more. :)Kim, Bill and crew came out to our house in Ben Lomond, and were literally there cleaning up before I could drive home from work in Santa Cruz! They wasted no time drying out our walls, floor and downstairs after a heavy rain storm flooded our basement and bottom floor.
They did a top-notch job and even gave us an ear to bend and a shoulder to (almost) cry on. We truly can’t thank them enough for coming to our rescue and helping us through a situation that we have always feared!

“Wow! What a great job these guys did! My washer hose broke and flooded my downstairs – disaster! Daniel, the tech guy, came out with all the dryers right away and managed my job until my floors were totally dry! He was very helpful and friendly, a pleasure to work with. Bill, the owner, and Kim, in the office, were also very helpful and friendly! I would recommend each of them in an instant! What a great team! “When your water heater blows up on a national holiday, you can count on CLEAN-TEC to be there to deal with the flooding in a flash! Less than 30 minutes after our call on the Fourth of July, owner Bill Adams and his crew were at our house taking charge of the disaster. Over the next few days, they monitored the moisture levels and took measures to prevent mold and mildew in the area.CLEAN-TEC dealt directly with our insurance company and provided excellent recommendations for Sheetrock and painting. They also steam-cleaned our ceramic tile floors at the end of the project so well that they look better than new!
As other reviewers have noted, the professional, knowledgeable and thorough team got the job done quickly and painlessly. This experience would have been so much more stressful without them.

“Kim and the Team at CLEAN-TEC came to our rescue at our business. We had a sudden emergency water damage situation and they were there, in what seemed like an instant, to remedy what could have been a near disaster. It was all cleaned up and good as new in a few (phew!) days. They worked well with my schedule and also our insurance company. It was like I didn’t even have to worry about the situation. We have also had them clean carpets at our home and they did the best job we’ve had done here in Santa Cruz.
